Jennifer A. Bielfield represents regional and national lenders and borrowers in both bilateral and syndicated transactions, including aircraft financing, vessel financing, export financing guaranteed by The Export-Import Bank of the United States, construction loans, and real estate secured loans. Her clients include the largest nonprofit lender in the Midwest, to which she provides services related to affordable housing and charter school financing.

Lisa Wren represents financial institutions and businesses in secured (including asset-based) and unsecured credit and real estate transactions, including agented and bilateral loan facilities and financing leases. Lisa represents clients in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, publicly traded corporations, foreign and cross-border aspects, insurance, education and healthcare providers, public utilities, technology companies, agricultural producers, and more.

Christina M. Barringer maintains a commercial law and transactional practice encompassing a broad range of secured and unsecured debt financing types. Her experience extends to single lender and syndicated credits, tax-exempt financing, equipment financing, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, leveraged lending, subordinated debt, real estate and first lien/second lien structures, and restructurings of all such debt financing types.

Rachelle A. Camoesas represents financial institutions in the negotiation, documentation, and closing of complex commercial, corporate, and real estate financing transactions.
