Hayley M. Johnson maintains a corporate and transactional practice related to secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Hayley represents borrowers and lenders in connection with single lender and syndicated financing, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, leveraged lending, subordinated debt, structured financing, real estate and first lien/second lien structures, and restructurings. She also represents buyers and sellers in acquisition transactions, including mergers, stock purchases, and asset purchases. Her work includes representing clients across a variety of industries, including private equity, manufacturing, technology, real estate, and healthcare.
