Magy Shenouda represents clients of diverse industries including companies, governmental and municipal agencies, and individuals in an array of litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Magy’s experience includes advising municipal and governmental clients through litigation involving claims rooted in the Constitution and defending them against class action lawsuits. She also represents clients in landlord tenant disputes and claims involving breach of contract and breach of warranty, among other litigation matters.

As a trusted advisor, Magy counsels clients by educating them on the various stages and elements of litigation and advocates for them through motion practice. Magy contributes to a variety of matters in commercial litigation, frequently supporting on complex shareholder disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and family law proceedings. In addition to guiding clients through litigation strategy, Magy also handles pleadings, preliminary injunctions, discovery, and motion practice in helping clients advance their cases through the courts.

Prior to joining Clark Hill as an associate, Magy was a law clerk with the firm’s litigation group. She served as an intern to judge David A. Groner in the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan. During her undergraduate career, Magy also served as an intern to the Civil Rights Division of the Michigan Department of Attorney General.
