From banning pay history questions to increasing scrutiny, to pay decisions that may lead to pay disparities, many employers have confusion over the various duties required to ensure pay disparities are at a minimum. This session will discuss the interplay of the Equal Pay Act, Title VII, and state laws. Also covered will be how pay disparity is investigated by the various agencies, including the new EEO-1 Component 2, which many employers are required to complete by September 30.
