He has particular experience with California wage-hour compliance, independent contractor issues, drafting and enforcing arbitration agreements, and Federal-WARN Act and California-WARN Act compliance. His client base includes professional employer organizations, staffing companies, gig economy companies, manufacturing companies, and transportation companies.
