Shauna Duggan counsels and defends both private and public sector employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and related statutory and tort claims. Her practice focuses on helping employers both nationwide, and locally in the New Jersey/Philadelphia metro area, navigate a variety of employment challenges.

To prevent lawsuits and promote positive workplaces, Shauna frequently conducts employment investigations of alleged misconduct and advises management about compliance and best practices. Her advice includes informing employers of important legal changes to ensure that their policies comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Although keeping her clients out of court is Shauna’s primary goal, she has represented clients in both federal and state court throughout the litigation process from pleadings, to discovery practice, mediations and legal writing advocacy through dispositive motions.
