Rob Dare defends businesses in the litigation of employment disputes. Rob routinely litigates cases arising under federal employment statutes, including Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA, the ADEA, and the FLSA, as well as cases arising under state law, including actions for breach of contract, defamation, whistleblower activities, duty of loyalty, trade secrets, and enforcement of noncompetition agreements.

Rob represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, and other local civil rights commissions.

In addition to his litigation practice, Rob provides advice and legal counsel to employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including the review and drafting of employment policies, non-competition agreements, separation agreements, and executive employment agreements.
