Erin Hertzog helps employers reduce legal risk, ensure compliance, and avoid costly litigation by designing smart, scalable HR and employment law strategies tailored to multistate operations.

With more than a decade of experience advising businesses of all sizes—including national corporations, emerging growth companies, and professional employer organizations—Erin counsels clients on the full spectrum of workplace legal issues, with a particular focus on compliance strategy, risk mitigation, and workforce policy design. She helps clients proactively address complex federal, state, and local employment law obligations across all 50 states and regularly audits and redesigns workplace policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure alignment with rapidly evolving legal standards.

Erin’s practice centers on helping employers solve problems before they escalate into litigation. Erin counsels employers through complex workplace compliance challenges, with an emphasis on proactive risk mitigation, multistate policy development, and employment law strategy. She regularly advises national and regional companies on day-to-day workplace issues, including wage and hour compliance, employee classification, leave and accommodation obligations, restrictive covenants, and termination planning. Erin brings deep experience designing employee handbooks, conducting compliance audits, and crafting tailored HR and legal infrastructure solutions that help employers avoid costly disputes.
