Assistant General Counsel for Conflicts and Business Intake – Pittsburgh, PA or Detroit, MI

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for Conflicts and Business Intake with at least 5 years of conflicts and risk management experience for its Pittsburgh or Detroit offices.  Reporting to the Office of General Counsel, this attorney will be responsible for managing the clearing of conflicts for new clients and matters, plus all levels of lateral hiring, including members and mergers and acquisitions; advising attorneys on matters of legal ethics; and additional projects from the Office of General Counsel, as needed.  Candidates must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.  Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced legal environment.  Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills required, plus the ability to be a dedicated team player.  Familiarity with IntApp business intake software is desirable.
