FERC Attorney – Washington, DC

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an Attorney with at least four years of experience for its Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources business unit in the Washington, D.C. office.  The attorney will assist in the preparation and filing of FERC pleadings; research and analyze ISO/RTO market rules in order to advise clients on new developments; and will monitor new developments at FERC in order to provide accurate information to both clients and colleagues.  Successful candidates will have FERC experience, primarily in the power sector, and have previous experience with ISO/RTO tariffs and market rules.  Natural gas pipeline experience is also helpful.  Candidates must be detail-oriented, with strong research and writing skills.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to be a dedicated team player are also required.  Candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia or be eligible for admission without examination.
