Clark Hill is seeking an associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience for its Corporate Business Unit in Birmingham, MI. This associate attorney will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents and merger and acquisition documents .  This associate will be expected to work with others in the Corporate group.  This associate will also be expected to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types.  Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.  Strong academic credentials are essential.  All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.

EDiscovery Project Manager – California or Phoenix, AZ

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an EDiscovery Project Manager responsible for managing projects in its five West Coast offices. This position is in the firm’s Information Governance and Discovery Services Group and ideally based out of the Phoenix or Los Angeles office.  This role offers a very non-silo environment with strong opportunity for growth.

Primary activities include assisting case teams with preservation and coordinating client data collection, coordinating and making recommendations on processing, culling and ECA tools, full administration of review databases and running and QCing productions.  Additional activities include budgeting, timeline development, and overall project planning.  Administrative duties include assisting the Information Governance and Discovery Services Group in continual drafting and updating of best practices documentation, technology vetting projects, and some training and CLE work surrounding ediscovery.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of three years of ediscovery experience preferably within a law firm or professional services firm.  Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree.  Candidates with a JD, RCA or PMP certifications are preferred.  Successful candidates will have superior problem-solving skills, strong project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.  Knowledge of current technology, including Relativity, is required.

Insurance Coverage Associate – Chicago, IL

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its Insurance/Reinsurance practice group in the Chicago office.  This associate will be responsible for representing both international and domestic insurers and reinsurers on issues related to liability coverage, claim management, and pre-underwriting risk assessment with respect to various healthcare providers.  A medical malpractice or insurance coverage background would be a plus. Moreover, the position requires some out-of-state travel. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, able to think critically, and capable of formulating and implementing plans on their own with minimal oversight from senior team members.  All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. Clark Hill PLC is seeking an attorney with 6-7 years of experience for its Healthcare practice group in San Antonio or Houston.  Healthcare litigation experience concerning third party payors is required.  All candidates must have experience handling both in-network and out-of-network payor reimbursement related disputes as well as experience resolving violations of the Texas Prompt Payment Act and ERISA.  Pre-trial and trial experience, including first- or second-chair experience, is helpful.
