Clark Hill’s Capital Markets team, led by Jim Groth and Jeny Zarmon, served as issuer’s counsel to HCW Biologics, Inc. (Nasdaq: HCWB) in its $1.5 million follow-on offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules, consisting of common stock (or pre-funded warrants) with accompanying warrants.
