Clark Hill Adds Seasoned M&A Attorney Cash Nickerson Expanding Arizona Presence

Clark Hill is pleased to announce that Cash Nickerson has joined their Corporate practice as a Member in the Scottsdale office. With nearly 40 years of experience in business, academics, and law, Nickerson brings expansive legal experience to his work in mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters, including the purchase and sale of interests, negotiation, deal structuring, contracts, and exit strategies, among other skill sets.

Having served as a corporate attorney and marketing executive as well as a president, CFO, and general counsel, Nickerson’s unique background and diverse professional resume enable him to provide tailored corporate support to a variety of clients, applying M&A experience from both a corporate and legal perspective.

Nickerson has worked with companies involved in logistics, transportation, freight rail, trucking, warehousing, food distribution, restaurant franchising, engineering, technology, aerospace, automotive, talent acquisition, and human resources services.

In addition to his legal practice, Nickerson serves as a part-time professor at his alma mater, Washington University of St. Louis School of Law, and has published six books, including Negotiation as a Martial Art, which was a Wall Street Journal best-seller.

Nickerson is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Illinois, Nebraska, Nevada, and Texas.
