Phoebe Moffatt is an Arizona State Bar Board-certified specialist in Estate & Trust law and a fellow with the American College of Estate and Trust Counsel (ACTEC) with nearly 30 years of experience advising trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and heirs in navigating complex legal and tax issues that arise post-death or post-incapacity. Ms. Moffatt’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate and fiduciary litigation, guardianship and conservatorship matters, estate and gift tax planning, and succession planning for closely held businesses.
