Phoebe Moffatt Joins the Clark Hill Scottsdale Office as a Specialist in Estate & Trust Law

Clark Hill is pleased to announce that Phoebe Moffatt, an Arizona State Bar Board-certified specialist in Estate & Trust law and fellow with the American College of Estate and Trust Counsel (ACTEC), is joining the estate and trust law group in its Scottsdale office. Ms. Moffatt brings her nearly three decades of experience counseling individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners in estate planning, trust administration, probate litigation matters, and wealth transfer strategies.

She regularly advises beneficiaries, heirs, trustees, personal representatives, and family-owned businesses regarding complex tax and legal issues that arise in the estate, trust, and probate area.
