Lionel P. Bochurberg’s practice focuses on corporate, mergers and acquisitions with experience in renewable energy, biotech, software, wireless, online retail, cannabis and wine and food industries. As a former executive at various hi-tech companies, and with his wealth of contacts, Lionel is a perfect match for start-up, scale up and mature companies looking into structuring capital, securing financing, undertaking M&A and strategic alliances transactions joint ventures, real estate deals, negotiating technology transactions and expanding their international reach.

Lionel’s practice also includes international cross-border activities, in particular with Canada and Europe. As a member of the Quebec and Paris Bars, he is a natural resource for French-speaking entrepreneurs and companies in the United States and acts as their outside general counsel, and trusted advisor for their day to day US operations. Lionel regularly provides his US based clients the first line of legal advice regarding French, European and Quebec issues, and then taps into his network of trusted local counsel for further advice.
