Khari Griffin defends and advises institutions across numerous sectors through his diversified work in regulatory compliance and litigation.

As a member of the Cannabis group, Khari advises cannabis businesses through complex state and federal regulations to everyday business disputes. Khari also contributes to our cannabis newsletter, keeping clients abreast of the ever changing landscape of the legal cannabis market.

Similarly, Khari works closely with the Banking and Financial Services practice, ensuring telemarketers comply with State and Federal regulations concerning consumer protection.

Khari also assists in the representation of students and faculty members under investigation for alleged violations of sexual harassment and misconduct. In particular, Khari analyzes institutional policies and assists in the critical investigation process.

As an undergraduate, Khari interned for the Honorable Carol Sandra Moore Wells, Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Khari is also a former Philadelphia Diversity Law Group Fellow.
