Khari Griffin advises entities across a scope of regulated industries.

As a member of the Cannabis group, Khari assists cannabis clients in a variety of legal issues, including regulatory compliance, business transactions, and litigation.

Similarly, Khari works closely with the Banking and Financial Services group, ensuring telemarketers and debt collection agencies comply with strict consumer protection laws.

Khari also assists in the representation of students and faculty members under investigation for alleged violations of sexual harassment and misconduct. In particular, Khari analyzes institutional policies and assists in the critical investigation process.

As an undergraduate, Khari interned for the Honorable Carol Sandra Moore Wells, Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Khari is also a former Philadelphia Diversity Law Group Fellow.
