Joshua Trombley

Senior Attorney

Joshua Trombley represents clients in a range of litigation matters including products liability, premises liability, insurance disputes, and automobile negligence. He defends and counsels manufacturers and retailers of outdoor and recreational products nationwide.

In addition, Joshua also assists public school districts and municipalities in labor and employment matters, including both federal and state matters. Joshua has counseled public school districts and municipalities on federal issues arising under the FMLA, Title VII, and the ADA as well as on state issues arising under the Elliot-Larsen Civil Rights Act and the Public Employment Relations Act. Joshua has also conducted investigations and advised school districts on issues arising under school code compliance and personnel administration.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Joshua defended and counseled insurance companies in cases involving automobile negligence, insurance priority disputes, and personal injury. Joshua has successfully tried and defended insurance companies on various personal injury matters throughout the State of Michigan.
