Clark Hill Adds Hyung Soo Kim to New York Office as Corporate Member

Clark Hill is pleased to announce Hyung Soo Kim has joined the firm’s New York City office as a Member in the Corporate practice group. An accomplished corporate attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, Kim advises companies on cross-border transactions, strategic investments, and complex corporate matters across a range of industries, including buyers and sellers in domestic and international transactions.

Complementary to Clark Hill’s entrepreneur-minded approach to legal services, Kim brings his business-savvy counsel honed from both in-house and law firm experiences, in addition to a background handling legal affairs in the U.S. and Korea. Kim is committed to developing and implementing innovative and effective legal solutions to promote his clients’ business objectives.
