His work has included representing multinational companies and investment managers in acquisitions, divestitures, private investments, fund-related transactions, renewable energy and infrastructure investments, and corporate and regulatory matters. He has also counseled clients on contract negotiation, corporate governance, and other strategic legal issues that support business expansion and operational objectives.
