Hyung represents buyers, sellers, investors, and strategic stakeholders in domestic and international M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures, asset acquisitions, refinancing matters, and infrastructure-related investments. Throughout his career, Hyung has advised clients on a broad range of cross-border matters involving the United States, South Korea, Europe, and Asia. His work has included representing multinational companies and investment managers in acquisitions, divestitures, private investments, fund-related transactions, renewable energy and infrastructure investments, and corporate and regulatory matters. He has also counseled clients on contract negotiation, corporate governance, and other strategic legal issues that support business expansion and operational objectives.
