William D. Cramer

Senior Counsel

A registered patent attorney, Bill Cramer regularly counsels clients in all aspects of intellectual property, patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement matters in district courts throughout the United States, at the International Trade Commission, and at the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Bill has handled numerous patent and trademark prosecutions (both foreign and domestic), trademark lawsuits, copyright lawsuits, trade secret lawsuits, technology transfer agreements, and technology worker employment matters.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Bill designed and developed data communication, telecommunication, and cartography software, and wrote a number of books and magazine articles on computer hardware and software topics.
