Tanya Nebo brings two decades of experience in real estate, corporate, and franchise law to her work with entrepreneurs navigating complex, high-stakes transactions. She advises clients on a broad range of matters—from commercial leasing and title resolution to stock and asset sales, multi-unit franchise acquisitions, and business sales. Her background as a business owner informs her practical, cost-conscious approach to legal counsel, with a focus on risk mitigation, operational clarity, and long-term growth.

She has successfully closed SBA and conventional loans for both real estate and business acquisitions, handled the sale of privately held companies, and advised on the legal aspects of expanding franchise portfolios across multiple states. Her clients span Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and other markets nationwide.

Over the course of her career, Tanya has represented clients across a diverse range of industries, including retail, industrial services, healthcare, financial services, and logistics. She began her legal career in the commercial real estate group of an Am Law 100 firm. She later founded and led her own boutique practice, expanding her focus to include corporate transactions, franchise development, and business acquisitions.

Tanya also serves as Instructor, Commercial Real Estate for a national real estate brokerage and Adjunct Professor, Real Estate at Rasmussen College.
