Steve also frequently advises clients in all forms and stages of contractual matters, from negotiation and drafting through execution and implementation. He is experienced in addressing issues relating to joint ventures, independent contractor agreements, service agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, terms and conditions, and other contractual matters.
