In her business practice, Namrita counsels clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, with particular experience in healthcare related enterprises. Drawing on nearly two decades in the healthcare industry, she offers insight into the operational, regulatory, and transactional considerations unique to that sector. She also advises franchisors and franchisees on structuring and operating franchise systems.
Namrita’s estate planning practice includes advising clients, particularly those with international ties, on strategies that address cross-border considerations and U.S. tax implications. Before practicing law, Namrita pursued a career in dentistry, earning a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. She later earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to approach client matters with a broad, analytical perspective.
