Clark Hill announced today that Namrita Notani has joined the firm’s Tax & Estate Planning group as a Member in the Collin County office.

Beyond estate and tax planning, Notani arrives with experience in the purchase and sale of businesses with a focus on healthcare-related enterprises, having spent almost two decades in the healthcare industry. She also brings extensive experience in real estate transactions, including drafting commercial leases and handling the purchase and sale of commercial properties.

Notani is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Minnesota and Texas. She earned her law degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
