Kamila McCarthy supports clients with commercial and corporate matters for domestic and international clients. Kamila’s practice areas include joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, company law, shareholders agreements, equity funding, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring, and reorganization. She also takes a keen interest in cybersecurity and data privacy matters and is a part of the Dublin office’s breach incident response team.

She represents private and corporate clients in share sales and purchases, company structures, share subscriptions, commercial contracts, corporate insolvency, commercial contracts, reorganization, and corporate governance. Kamila’s other areas of practice include litigation and dispute resolution matters, contractual disputes, mediations, injunctions, debt recovery, employment law, and insolvency. Kamila is a fluent Russian speaker and has working French.
