Justin J. Marks counsels private sector and governmental agencies on transportation regulatory, transactional, and litigation issues.
Justin’s transportation practice primarily involves assisting private and public entities on railroad related matters. In addition, Justin counsels railroads, shippers, and railroad equipment suppliers on FRA safety compliance issues.
Further, Justin advises clients on disagreements related to federal preemption of state and local regulation under the Interstate Commerce Commission Termination Act (ICCTA).
