Jonathan Cohen represents university students throughout the country in disciplinary investigations arising from alleged Title IX and code-of-conduct violations. He also represents university employees in code-of-conduct and tenure disputes. When these problems cannot be resolved at the university level, Jonathan represents university students and employees in litigation. Throughout Jonathan’s career, he has represented more than 100 students and employees.
