Jamie Ross

Senior Counsel

Jamie Ross focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Collaborating closely with clients, Jamie helps them achieve their personal and business goals throughout their real estate projects. Jamie represents a diverse clientele, including developers, investors, closely held companies, retail and industrial businesses, commercial lenders, and family offices. He has extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate projects, such as office buildings, multifamily housing, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and industrial parks.

As part of his practice, Jamie assists lenders and borrowers with various commercial loan transactions, including revolving credit, real estate-secured, commercial and industrial, construction, and mezzanine financing. He has experience working on both the lender and borrower sides of loan workouts, restructurings, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions, and other matters involving distressed real estate.

Clients rely on Jamie’s proactive approach to identify and resolve obstacles, ensuring that deals are facilitated from start to finish, regardless of the complexity or scope. Drawing on his prior experience as a litigator, Jamie leverages his dispute resolution skills to help clients negotiate favorable terms, identify potential risks, and document agreements and transactions in a way that minimizes future litigation.

Beyond his real estate focus, Jamie also provides a broad range of business and corporate advice, from the formation of new entities to the structuring of complex transactions. His transactional and legal experience enables him to craft agreements necessary for the successful and well-protected operation of a business.
