Jacques L. Moye

With experience practicing as a CPA at a Big 4 accounting firm, Jacques brings a distinctive combination of legal, accounting and business experience to every transaction. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structuring and governance, and the acquisition, disposition and development of real estate throughout the United States. He routinely advises clients on merger, stock and asset purchase transactions, and other joint venture and private equity arrangements, including the formation of new entities, and negotiating and drafting the related governing documents (e.g., operating/LLC agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements). Jacques’ general corporate practice involves advising clients on formation structure and business operations matters, and drafting all types of commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, supply agreements and independent contractor/consulting agreements.

Jacques’ practice also includes counseling clients on the purchase, sale and development of real estate throughout the U.S., and the negotiation and drafting of complex co-developer and co-GP joint venture agreements. His real estate experience includes advising on real estate projects in the healthcare/medical, hospitality, government, commercial office/retail, residential (including affordable housing), and industrial markets.
