Filippo Leone focuses on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, development, and construction matters.

Filippo reviews, writes and fine-tunes purchase agreements, lease agreements, service contracts, formation documents, and other transactional documents involving real estate. Filippo takes pride in the problem-solving aspects of his practice, helping clients reach their goals in inventive ways that adhere to the letter and spirit of the law.

Filippo is more than familiar with the complexities and nuances that can, and will, arise in the both acquisitions and developments. He has experience in masonry, rough carpentry, and various other trades, all of which have formed a unique work ethic and perspective that he brings to every deal he is a part of. Most importantly, Filippo understands that the most effective way to represent clients is to understand their business so that he can provide comprehensive insight and advice in helping clients reach their goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Filippo worked for a nationally recognized title company and interned with the Honorable Judge Virginia M. Kendall in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
