Cami Perkins has an extensive business, real estate, and litigation background.  She has represented and advised clients in connection with all of their legal business needs, including the proper structuring (or restructuring) of their enterprise, all types of business and real estate negotiations and contracts, corporate governance, and general business and real estate dealings. Cami’s litigation experience includes primarily partners and shareholder divorces and disputes, breach of contract actions, and real estate litigation.  She has successfully settled more the 350 cases through mediation and litigated numerous matters through summary adjudications, arbitration, and trial. Cami’s delivers high-quality, efficient, and personalized solutions that maximize client goals and outcomes.

Cami has over 20 years of legal experience in Nevada and is a Nevada native, giving her a unique perspective, particularly on Nevada business legal issues. During the last several years of her career, Cami has been a partner at reputable Amlaw 100 and Mansfield 7.0 Certified firms.  She has acted as primary outside counsel to middle-market companies owned by private individuals and investment and private equity firms including all aspects of general counsel-type needs.

Cami works with clients to develop and execute business-savvy legal strategies, from early stage through sale or merger, with a view towards maximizing benefit to owners and investors. She has Negotiated and closed several hundred transactions including structuring new businesses, asset purchases, business sales and acquisitions, and real estate development purchases and financing.

Cami has been the primary and secondary attorney responsible for hundreds of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including mediation, arbitration, summary judgment, and trial, with business goals in mind to achieve the best financial impact and business solution for the client.
