Anthony Agosta guides clients nationwide through commercial litigation and product liability matters often involving automobiles, commercial vehicles, material handling equipment, and electronics. He also represents owners, contractors, and subcontractors in contract negotiations, litigation, and administrative appeals.

Tony’s practice includes UCC sales and breach of warranty matters, complex litigation, multi-jurisdictional litigation, mass tort litigation, and transportation. Tony handles matters throughout the United States, including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Texas, California, and Washington. He acts as National Counsel for an automobile manufacturer and has overseen the handling of more than 10,000 cases nationwide.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Tony was a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Robert DeMascio, where he received invaluable trial and appellate court experience.
