Aditya “Adi” Patel guides businesses through their entire lifecycle, from formation and early growth to complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and strategic tax planning. He serves clients across renewable energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and emerging technology sectors, with particular experience helping international companies establish and expand their U.S. operations while navigating regulatory complexities.

Adi brings a unique blend of international business acumen and practical entrepreneurial experience to his corporate and tax practice. Drawing from his work with businesses across multiple jurisdictions, he helps both domestic and international clients structure their U.S. presence, optimize their tax positions, address day-to-day governance matters, and execute strategic transactions. His practice encompasses everything from initial entity formation and tax-efficient capital raising to private equity transactions and ultimate business sale, with focused experience serving as outside general counsel for the U.S. operations of international enterprises.

Previously, Adi worked at the Washington National Tax Services office of a Big Four accounting firm, focusing on mergers and acquisitions tax strategy, and completed a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Robert R. Rigsby at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. His background as a franchise owner and entrepreneur enriches his understanding of the real-world tax and business challenges his clients face when making critical decisions, from early-stage operational choices to cross-border transactions and strategic exits.
