Clark Hill Represents Cram Roofing in Sale to PAX Services Group

Clark Hill team led by corporate member Joe Struble facilitated the successful sale of Cram Roofing, a well-respected national roofing company based in San Antonio, to PAX Services Group, a portfolio company of New State Capital Partners.

Cram Roofing founder, Gary Cram said, “A big thank you to Joe and his team for their skill and dedication in representing Cram Roofing in its sale to Pax.  It has been great working with Clark Hill over the years.”

Joe Struble was assisted in the transaction by Clark Hill associate corporate attorneys Lauren Perez and Cameron Kehm and senior counsel tax Stanley Blend.
