Join us as we spill the tea!

For thirty minutes each month, the most relevant issues facing the world of employment will be raised, and legal, HR, and benefits perspectives on the issue will be discussed.

March’s program will be a discussion on the COVID-19 vaccine and your workplace.

Topics include best practices for creating and implementing a workplace vaccine program, considerations of mandating vaccinations, providing incentives to encourage vaccination, and making religious or medical accommodations. We will share techniques and strategies for discussing this hot topic with employees, as well as benefit options relating to obtaining the vaccine.
