Clark Hill Attorney Stephanie K. Rawitt recently presented at The American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA)’s annual conference, which was virtual this year due to COVID-19.
Rawitt presented in a session on topics including:
- Accreditation standards and issues, licensure laws and regulations, and medical staff leadership and organization.
- Statutory compliance with employment laws, such as the ADA, Title VII, the ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, Form I-9 compliance, and state wage laws.
- Employment-related liability matters, including wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, grievance claims, discrimination, sexual harassment, and federal civil rights claims.
