Vivian Noyd represents clients in civil and commercial litigation matters, with a focus on contract disputes, tort and property issues, and other business disputes at the state and federal level.

Vivian evaluates complex matters at various stages of litigation, from inception through appeal. In her practice, Vivian has experience researching legal issues, drafting written discovery, preparing dispositive motions, and participating in hearing and trials.

During her time at Baylor Law School, Vivian was an active member of Baylor’s advocacy program, competing at the national level in both moot court and mock trial where she received recognition for her oral and written advocacy. Vivian also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Alan D Albright for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, gaining valuable experience in legal research, federal procedural strategy, and legal writing.
