Travis Eliason represents financial institutions, commercial landlords, and other privately and publicly held companies in commercial disputes and litigation.

As part of his financial services litigation practice, Travis has represented banks and other lending institutions in connection with bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, forbearances, loan modifications, commercial foreclosures encompassing a wide range of collateral, replevin actions, lien priority disputes, mechanics’ lien actions, guaranty and note enforcement, collection actions, equipment loan litigation, note sales, receivership matters, and defense of lender liability claims.

Travis has also been a trusted advisor to commercial landlords, REITs, and other privately and publicly held companies in connection with bankruptcy proceedings, lease enforcement and eviction actions, lease originations and amendments, tenant improvement and construction disputes, eminent domain matters, and easement disputes.

In each instance, Travis works closely with in-house counsel and across business lines to understand a client’s broader business objectives, offering pragmatic and solution-oriented guidance in order to align a deal or litigation strategy with those objectives.
