Tanya Wright supports the Real Estate and Banking/Finance units drafting real estate, construction, commercial banking. As well as, conducting reviews and analyzes pertinent due diligence with regards to title work, surveys, UCC searches, and verification of compliance issues, appraisal, environmental and insurance. She also has extensive experience in the preparation of corporate formation, dissolutions and conversions, foreign registration, governance, and maintenance of corporate documentation and all areas related to mergers and acquisitions.
