Robin Weiss has a diverse litigation practice, focusing primarily on commercial and toxic tort litigation, general and professional negligence and product liability matters, shareholder disputes and securities fraud litigation, and representation of court-appointed receivers and monitors in state proceedings, federal enforcement actions, and related litigation. She has significant experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal.

Robin represents various clients including business owners, product manufacturers, religious organizations, state and local agencies, and employers in state and federal court litigation in claims involving allegations of negligence, product liability, fraud, violations of the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, conspiracy, and wrongful termination. Robin also has extensive experience handling toxic tort litigation on behalf of these clients.

Robin pursues fraudulent/voidable transfer, breach of contract, aiding and abetting, and breach of fiduciary duty claims in connection with her receivership work. She also handles litigation arising from business and shareholder disputes, including claims involving allegations of securities fraud.

Robin has served as appellate trial consulting counsel and has handled numerous appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She tackles complex issues that arise during the course of litigation and crafts creative legal arguments on behalf of her clients.
