Raymond N. Baum advises clients on a myriad of real estate development and operations issues. These activities range from acquisition to formation of ownership entities, land use approvals, construction, title evaluation and insurance, leasing, environmental evaluation and remediation, taxation, management, and debt & equity financing.

Ray provides extensive experience in developments employing low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits and other government related funding sources obtained though HUD, housing finance agencies and local redevelopment and housing authorities.

Ray appears before planning commissions, zoning hearing boards, and real estate assessment hearing boards.
