Peter Kourkouvis

Peter represents developers, owners, and operators in all phases of real estate transactions, from due diligence, through acquisition, development, operation, and eventual disposition. He also represents lenders in real estate finance matters, including construction and acquisition financing. He regularly drafts and negotiates agreements for the purchase and sale of real estate, financing, leasing, construction, and development for transactions taking place across the country.

Having grown up in a family with family-owned construction and real estate development businesses, he is attentive to the needs and concerns of business owners. He enjoys helping clients navigate the distinct challenges that each transaction presents, providing effective service carefully tailored to the individual needs of each client.
