Michelle Omidi strives to cultivate meaningful relationships with her real estate and corporate clients. She handles a range of matters, including real estate litigation and transactions, real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and wills, trusts and estates.

While in law school, she served as Co-President of both Loyola’s Real Estate Law Society and Jewish Law Students Association, the Events Coordinator for Loyola’s Iranian Law Student Association, and a student member of both Loyola’s Women’s Law Association and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). Michelle was involved in many clinics including Loyola’s Center for Conflict Resolution Clinic and Loyola’s Project for the Innocent Wrongful Conviction Clinic.

As an active member of the Los Angeles Jewish Community, Michelle was also involved in the Jewish Graduate Student Initiative during her time in law school and has also built a strong personal and professional network through her participation in AISH Los Angeles.
