Marina Manoukian’s practice focuses on civil litigation including business, real estate, and construction litigation, as well as family law litigation.

In her civil practice, Marina represents businesses, property owners, contractors, and material suppliers in matters involving contract disputes, disputes among business owners, claims over ownership of property and breaches of real property purchase agreements, construction defect claims, foreclosure of mechanic’s liens, disputes between homeowner and contractor, between general contractor and subcontractor or material supplier, and claims against unlicensed contractors.

Marina is also a Certified Family Law Specialist with the California bar. She has over 25 years of experience representing clients in divorce cases, custody and support matters, as well as domestic violence restraining order cases. Marina believes that parties going through divorce, child custody or restraining order cases deserve personal attention, because the outcome of these types of cases have an impact on the daily lives of her clients.
