Maddison Moser represents school districts in a variety of education law matters, including special education and student disability law, and general school law.

Maddison represents school districts to enhance the quality of education for students and the work environment for educators. She does this by helping school administrators and Boards of Education navigate local, state, and federal law. Such areas include the Revised School Code, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504, The Elliot-Larsen Civil Rights Act, Title VI, Title IX, and the Freedom of Information Act.

Maddison further works to support school district clients by presenting at professional development trainings to clients and their staff, and she participates in other education law speaking engagements throughout the State of Michigan.
