Kendall Smardzewski
Associate Business Unit Director
Kendall Smardzewski serves as the Associate Business Unit Director for the Banking & Finance practice within Clark Hill Law. She has spent 12+ years in the legal industry as a business development and human capital expert helping guide both law firm and corporate legal department clients ranging from AmLaw 50 and Fortune 100 firms to boutique and non-profit organizations in strategic hiring initiatives, contingent hiring, and eDiscovery consulting services.
She received her BA in Political Science from Dickinson College and her JD from the University of Richmond School of Law. She entered the legal services field after briefly practicing law.
