Katie Trinh represents employees in a broad range of workplace disputes, including wrongful termination, retaliation, and claims under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She also handles wage and hour matters, including disputes over unpaid wages, overtime, meal and rest breaks, employee misclassification, and expense reimbursement. Katie guides clients through all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation through resolution, with a strategic and practical approach.

In addition to her employment practice, Katie represents long‑term care providers in civil litigation matters in California. Prior to joining Clark Hill, she represented a diverse range of clients—from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 companies—in general liability matters, including premises liability, product liability, and commercial accident cases, experience that informs her effective and business‑minded advocacy.
