Joseph Gattermeyer represents insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, MGUs, producers, insurtechs, and other insurance intermediaries in a wide range of corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. He guides clients on formation, licensing, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Joseph has experience in advising clients on advertising, excess and surplus lines, lead generation, parametric policies, and other innovative products. He has also advised clients on matters before state insurance departments, investigations, and enforcement matters.
