John F. O'Connor
John F. O’Connor is an Associate in Clark Hill’s Real Estate practice group where he practices as a litigator.
John practices estate, trust, business and tax litigation cases and the process, from initial filing through the resolution. He has provides a range of services to his clients including executing complex litigation matters, will and trust contests, beneficiary and trustee disputes, and taxpayer disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to working at Clark Hill, John worked at a boutique law firm and a full-service litigation firm in San Francisco working on complex litigation and toxic tort litigation. John graduated from UC Hastings School of Law and passed the California Bar in 2012. He attended Loyola Marymount University for his B.A. where he was student body president and double majored in Economics and Philosophy, with a minor in Political Science.
