John F. O’Connor is a senior attorney in Clark Hill’s Real Estate practice group, where he predominantly practices as a litigator. John practices real estate, trust, and business litigation, along with handling land use matters.

John manages cases at every stage, from initial filing through to resolution. In this capacity, John provides a range of services to his clients including executing complex litigation matters, including non-disclosure cases, landlord-tenant disputes in both the commercial and residential fields, HOA disputes, will and trust contests, beneficiary and trustee disputes, taxpayer disputes, and many others.

Prior to working at Clark Hill, John worked at a boutique law firm and a full-service litigation firm in San Francisco working on complex litigation and toxic tort litigation.

John graduated from UC Hastings School of Law and passed the California Bar in 2012. He attended Loyola Marymount University for his B.A. where he was student body president and double majored in Economics and Philosophy, with a minor in Political Science.
