Jessica “Jessie” Lindimore focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, including: acquisitions; dispositions; development; leasing; sale leasebacks; lending and commercial finance transactions; and related municipal and business transactions. She helps developers, corporate real estate departments, municipalities, tenants, and landlords in matters related to development projects; and in drafting and negotiating lease, transfer, and loan documents.
Jessie has closed numerous CMBS, agency, and conventional commercial loans for lenders and borrowers related to real estate, equipment, and machinery. Jessie began her practice in Kentucky representing CMBS lenders, expanding her practice to include borrowers and general real estate work. Jessie prides herself on being organized and attentive to clients. She enjoys any opportunity to streamline a process or work collaboratively to better meet a client’s needs.
Jessie is also committed to public service and has worked with Legal Aid as well as pro bono clients. Prior to attending law school, Jessie served as a corps member for Teach for America and taught 10th grade English on the island of Oahu in Hawai’i.
