Jessica D. Reilly

Associate

Jessica Reilly is an associate in the Litigation group concentrating primarily on commercial litigation matters. She has experience in areas such as, breach of contract, business torts, product liability, premises liability and financial services including the FDCPA and FCRA. Jessica has significant practical experience representing clients in both federal and state court through all phases of litigation, from pleadings, to discovery practice, to settlement negotiations and legal writing advocacy through dispositive motions, to assisting with trials.

Jessica is also adjunct to the insurance and reinsurance practice, where she has experience advising and defending insurers and reinsurers in connection with regulatory compliance, coverage and trial monitoring in medical malpractice cases.

Jessica earned her law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University, where she graduated Cum Laude and won several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for best student performances in Insurance Law and Trial Advocacy. She was also recognized with an award for Exemplary Moot Court Performance. As an alumna, she remains dedicated to the Moot Court Board and continues to coach and mentor students for various competitions, such as the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, a competition that emphasizes the development of oral advocacy skills and legal writing through a realistic appellate advocacy experience.
