Jessica defends clients in federal and state court through all phases of litigation including pre-suit resolutions, from pleadings to discovery practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, through dispositive motions and at trial.

Jessica has a diverse practice. She is a commercial litigator with experience in areas such as breach of contract, business torts and financial services, as well as premises and product liability, and general personal injury matters. She has also successfully defended municipalities from civil rights and constitutional claims and employment discrimination matters. Her experience in these areas has led to numerous favorable dismissal orders on summary judgment as well as low-figure settlements. Jessica has also supported insurance and reinsurance clients by advising and defending insurers and reinsurers in connection with regulatory compliance, coverage, and arbitrations, as well as trial monitoring in medical malpractice cases.

Jessica was elected by her peers to represent the Philadelphia Office on the Leadership Forum for a three-year term and she stays connected in her legal community through her moot court coaching position at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Jessica is also the Philadelphia Office’s BOLD representative, a Clark Hill initiative group designed to encourage professional growth and promotion of women in the firm, profession, and community.
